The building erected between Chiado and Cais do Sodré, within the limits of the Pombaline reconstruction, is located in Lisbon urban center, with excellent river, road and rail access.
It is a building with a Pombaline matrix, in its most legitimate version, as it results from the first line of decision that led to the plan to rebuild the city of Lisbon, destroyed by the 1755 earthquake and the fires that followed.
The building with six floors has two separate entrances, one on Rua do Alecrim the other on Rua das Flores, with a total of 39 apartments and 6 commercial spaces.
