CONDESSA DO RIO, is located in Santa Catarina, in the heart of Lisbon. A building believed to be from the 16th century that connects Chiado and Bairro Alto to Rua de São Bento, next to the São Bento Palace.
A project for the reconstruction of a set of two buildings arranged in an “L” shape, with a common patio, where a leisure area was set up, benefiting from a clear view over the entire western slope of the city to the river. A space designed by João Luís Carrilho da Graça for 19 dwellings of types T1 to T5 and areas from 130 to 260 m2, two commercial spaces at the level of Calçada do Combro and a common car park with 35 spaces in fractions.
