In Viana do Alentejo, the old Moinhos de Santo António will give rise to a real estate challenge where, once again, the architecture that pays attention and is concerned with the history and stories of each building, creating bold projects that express themselves with authenticity and naturalness throughout rather than following globalization trends.

The architectural proposal foresees to maintain the entire built structure and leave all the necessary technical infrastructure in new buildings at ground floor level. These small new constructions seek to dialogue with the existing building, not conflicting with it, nor imposing themselves on the level of scale and matter.

On the ground floor, with the limitation and construction of the lot, there is a set of patios and gardens, social areas and a restaurant, and a swimming pool. On the upper floors there are 11 rooms with sanitary facilities.
