The past linked to cereal milling is now reinterpreted in a contemporary hospitality project that combines architecture, memory and comfort with a refined aesthetic sense.<\/h5>\n<h5>The building has maintained its original structure and much of the industrial equipment has been integrated into the current design. The architectural intervention is signed by Gon\u00e7alo Queir\u00f3s Carvalho, whose work has been standing out in projects for the rehabilitation and reconversion of buildings with heritage value, always with a restrained, functional and space-sensitive approach.
