The modest ambience of the dining room aims to recreate the atmosphere of a family home. The characteristic small hotel restaurant is evoked, where customers ate their daily meals, being known for their particular tastes and habits. The bet therefore went to a &#8220;period cuisine&#8221;, with dishes from the pan, oven and grill, with a focus on Lisbon food based on fresh and seasonal products.
